Pick a subscription, pay & receive your package between the 15th & 22nd of every month.
Can I pick what's in my box?
No, for it to truly be a gift, you can't know what's inside! It's a surprise!
When do you bill?
Hello Mama Box bills all reccurring subscriptions on the 1st of every month.

What if I am allergic to an ingredient to the product selected?
All of our products are natural or organic. We would never want you to try something you are or might be allergic to. Please read product ingredients carefully to insure your personal safety prior to use.
How do I update my billing/ shipping address?
If you signed up for a subscription you can login to you account and update by the 15th of the month. You will be billed on the 1st so it is imperative the system is updated to ensure proper billing and shipping. Please email email@example.com if you have any concerns.
Can I purchase a gift subscription?
Yes, you can! We would be honored to gift your loved one on your behalf! When ordering please let us know it is a gift.
What is your cancellation policy?
Gift subscriptions and subscriptions for more than one month, i.e.. 3-12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period. Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first month’s box. If you would like to cancel your month-to-month subscription after receiving the first box, you will continued to be billed for the following month’s box to complete the billing cycle, and will then be removed. There is no fee to cancel a subscription.
